Tutoring & Coaching Policies

1 - Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 1.1 Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. In the case of a late notice for the trial session, the trial will be considered used. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• 1.2 Should the tutor need to cancel/reschedule a session and the available reschedule times are unreasonable, any amount paid for that session will be refunded.

• 1.3 Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in sessions becoming non-refundable.

2 - Technical Requirements

• 2.1 Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment.

• 2.2 Technical issues outside reasonable control may result in a complimentary reschedule or refund, at the tutor’s discretion.

3 - Payment

• 3.1 Payment for the first paid session is required in advance. Subsequent sessions must be paid before the session or within seven (7) days after.

• 3.2 No refunds for completed sessions.

4 - Policy Updates

• 4.1 Booking a session constitutes acceptance of the current policies.

• 4.2 Policies may be updated; continued booking constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

• 4.3 Any exceptions must be agreed upon in advance and in writing.
